Hi administrator,

Simple question, buyers must supply you with the purchasse order the "Asterisk" domain name or the Webserver domain name where the "Web Direct Call" files are alocated?

Hi,

Thanks for your question.


The license has to do with the Domain Name that Web Direct VoIP loading and it has nothing to do about the sip server.


Samples of domains:

www.server.com
myserver.company.com

You can put the product in any folder or sub folder under the domain.

SO you can Load the Web Direct VoIP Call like this


www.server.com/sub1/sub2/webdirect

Thanks Kavvalos for your promt answer, so in a private net with no DNS service and servers and PC are just running with fixed IP address, should I provide the IP address or the hostname for the licencing?

You needto provide only the full domain from which the softphone will load
